# Car Dealership Digital Signage

Car dealership digital signage for vehicle photos, showroom displays, service lounge information, and dealership events. Play prepared content with Apple TV.

Car dealership digital signage puts vehicle photography, dealership information, and service messages on the TVs visitors see around your showroom. Use a showroom playlist to introduce selected vehicles and a service lounge playlist to explain the departments and services customers can ask about while they wait.

Better Signage loops your uploaded images and silent videos on physical Apple TVs connected to landscape HDMI displays. Your team prepares the vehicle cards and chooses the TVs that receive each playlist. All standard plans include unlimited screens, whether you are updating one showroom or several dealership locations.

## Feature a selected vehicle with useful details

Give a featured vehicle enough space for a clear photograph, its verified model information, and a stock reference. A visitor should be able to ask the sales team about the car they saw without remembering a crowded specification sheet. Include a price or availability statement only when the dealership has checked it.

Use a series of images to show different aspects of the same vehicle, or prepare a silent walkaround with identifying captions. Interior footage, a cargo-area view, and an exterior photograph can each answer a different question. These are prepared content examples; the dealership decides which details belong on screen and maintains them when the listing changes.

## Give the showroom a dealership introduction

Vehicle displays can share the playlist with a welcome, directions to the sales desk, and introductions to the staff visitors may meet. A brief dealership video can explain the location and departments through recognizable images instead of relying on a voiceover.

If your dealership represents several product lines, separate the content into coherent groups. A visitor looking at one vehicle should have time to identify it before the playlist moves to an unrelated message. Prepare TV artwork with readable model names rather than simply uploading a brochure page full of fine print.

## Build a separate service lounge playlist

A service customer may be interested in maintenance services, accessories, or how to speak with an advisor about collection. Explain a service using dealership-approved copy and photographs, and show the actual desk customers should approach for questions. Keep the message relevant to someone who already brought a vehicle in.

The service lounge can also display permitted accessory demonstrations or a department introduction. Use general information rather than individual repair status. The customer's job details and completion estimate still come from the service team. Separate playlists let the service lounge carry these messages while the showroom shows its vehicle selection.

## Show approved offers and dealership events

A vehicle launch, open house, or dealership event can have a dedicated slide with the subject, location, date, and contact route. If the dealership publishes an offer, use the approved terms and give essential conditions enough space to be read on the TV.

Assign the sales or service team responsible for the content to review it when an offer or vehicle changes. Better Signage plays the uploaded version and does not pull prices or availability from inventory software. Replace the affected artwork, select the appropriate Apple TVs, and publish with Play.

## Use Apple TV behind showroom and lounge displays

An eligible physical Apple TV can run Better Signage behind an ordinary landscape HDMI TV. Upload JPEG or PNG vehicle cards and your video files in a browser; video uploads are converted to H.264 MP4. Playback is muted, so vehicle references and explanations need to appear in the picture.

Each player needs tvOS 26.5 or later, App Store installation eligibility, and internet for setup and new content. Hardware is supplied separately. Free includes 50 MB of storage and unlimited screens at $0 per month. Paid storage starts at $4.99 per month for 250 MB, with unlimited screens on every standard plan.

## What to put on your screen

### Featured vehicle sequence

Show an exterior photo with verified model details and stock reference, follow with an interior view, then add a captioned walkaround. End with directions to the sales desk so a visitor knows where to ask about that vehicle.

### Service lounge introduction

Combine the service department name, a photograph of the advisor desk, and general collection instructions. Follow with a dealership-approved explanation of a service you offer, keeping individual jobs out of the loop.

### Accessory demonstration

Use authorized photographs or silent footage of an accessory your dealership sells. Identify the product and direct questions about vehicle fit and availability to staff rather than implying it suits every car.

### Meet the sales or service team

Prepare staff portraits with current names and verified roles. Place sales introductions on showroom TVs and advisor introductions in the service lounge so visitors see the people relevant to that area.

### Dealership open house

Prepare an invitation with the event's verified date, location, purpose, and contact details. Include it with the relevant vehicle content and manually replace the playlist after the event.

### Approved vehicle offer

Build a landscape graphic using the exact offer wording the dealership has approved. Give the vehicle reference and essential conditions room beside the main message, and replace it when its terms change.

## Set up your digital signage on Apple TV

Connect a compatible Apple TV to your landscape TV over HDMI. Install Better Signage, open the app, and enter its pairing code in your web dashboard. Give each screen a name that tells you where it is.

1. Upload your finished JPEG or PNG slides and videos. Video conversion runs on our servers, and signage videos play silently.
2. Arrange the files in a playlist and choose how long each item stays on screen. Build text and logos into your artwork, with room around the edges for the default crop-to-fill display.
3. Select the Apple TVs you want to update and choose Play. The players download and check the media before starting the playlist. Send it again with Play whenever your content changes.

You need physical Apple TV hardware eligible to install Better Signage, running tvOS 26.5 or later. Internet is required for setup, downloads, and new publishes. Keep the app open on each player while it runs your signage.

No. There is no live inventory connection. Your team prepares the vehicle slides, verifies prices and availability, and publishes replacement content when a vehicle sells or its details change.

### Can we manage TVs at several dealership locations?

Yes. Pair the compatible Apple TVs with your account, prepare the location playlists, and select the screens that should receive each publish. Standard plans include unlimited screens.

### How much does dealership digital signage cost?
