Keep examples and claims clear
Dashboard screenshots containing example material are labeled sample content. Diagrams explain a workflow; they do not establish what is visible on a physical display. No example is presented as a customer testimonial or an independent certification.
Compatibility, file formats, storage allowances, and prices are documented in the relevant requirements, media, and pricing pages. Links to third-party instructions identify their source. Check those pages when planning an installation.
Report a correction
If a guide differs from the behavior you see, contact support with the page URL, the specific statement, and the relevant app version or error. Include the time and context so the developer can check the issue. Do not send credentials or private access links.
