How does Better Signage pricing work?
You pick a plan by storage: the space your uploaded images and videos take up. Every plan below includes unlimited screens.

Free has no trial clock. Storage uses decimal units, so 1 MB is 1,000,000 bytes and 1 GB is 1,000,000,000 bytes. If you need more than 10 GB, get in touch about a custom plan.

What’s the catch with unlimited screens?
Storage is the limit, not screens. A few things are worth knowing up front:
- Free includes 50 MB. That’s room for images and short clips. Bigger video libraries need a paid plan.
- Each screen needs its own Apple TV. You supply the Apple TV and display for every screen.
- Each Apple TV needs room for its content. Players download their assigned files, so every one needs enough free device storage for its playlist.
- You only upload once. One file in your library can play on as many TVs as you like without counting against your storage again for each screen.

When do I need a paid plan?
When your library outgrows 50 MB. If there isn’t enough space, new uploads are blocked until you delete media or move to a bigger plan. Your existing media isn’t deleted just because you’re over, and content already on your screens can keep playing.
You can stretch your storage by keeping videos short. Upload a six-second clip, set it to stay on screen for 60 seconds, and the player loops it for you.
