Yoga Studio Signage

Yoga studio signage for class boards, first-visit instructions, teacher introductions, workshop invitations, and studio events. Play prepared content on Apple TV.

Yoga studio signage can explain the class program before someone reaches the practice room. Use a reception TV for class times, teacher introductions, workshop details, and the arrival routine for a first visit. A screen outside a room can show the classes that meet there and where guests should wait.

Better Signage plays your finished images and silent videos on a physical Apple TV connected to a landscape HDMI TV. Manage the studio playlist in your browser and publish it to the selected screens. Every standard plan includes unlimited screens, so reception and another practice space can have separate content.

Make the first visit easier to navigate

A welcome slide can explain the studio's own arrival routine: where to check in, where shoes and belongings go, and which room to enter. A labeled photograph of the actual reception area gives a first-time visitor a recognizable place to look for rather than a list of unfamiliar room names.

Use the waiting-area TV to introduce what the studio supplies and where guests can ask for it. If your studio lends mats or keeps props in a particular cabinet, prepare a photo with your approved instructions. Keep the content about your studio's arrangements so it complements the welcome from the person at reception.

Explain class formats alongside the timetable

A class board can show class names, times, teachers, and rooms. A separate description slide gives each format room to explain its structure using wording supplied by the studio. Guests can then tell which class they are asking about without relying on a title they have not encountered before.

Teacher introductions can add an approved portrait, the classes they teach, and a short introduction in their own terms. Keep any qualifications or background to information the teacher has supplied and approved. The purpose is to help guests recognize the person leading the session and find their class.

Workshop details beyond an event poster

A workshop notice can explain the subject, session format, teacher, and participation route. Give any arrival or preparation information its own space. A visitor considering a longer session may need to know what is included and what the studio asks them to bring before deciding to register.

Use photographs of the room, prepared workshop materials, or a silent teacher introduction to provide context. Describe the planned activity without promising health outcomes. A workshop playlist can combine the invitation, teacher introduction, and room information as distinct files rather than placing the entire explanation into one poster.

Studio gatherings and a view of the space

The reception loop can introduce community gatherings, teacher talks, or studio celebrations with their location and participation details. An approved photo recap can explain a completed studio event. Give the photographs captions so a visitor understands what they are seeing even if they were not there.

A room preview is also useful for a studio with more than one practice space. Show the room name, a photograph of its layout, and where it is located. Choose still images or gentle silent footage according to the space, and keep the class information easy to find between those visuals.

Use a quiet visual loop at reception

Upload your class artwork as JPEG or PNG images and your studio footage as video files. Videos are converted to H.264 MP4 and play without audio. Put a teacher's useful spoken introduction into captions before upload so the waiting room does not depend on a soundtrack.

Build and update the playlist in the web dashboard, then select the studio Apple TVs and choose Play. You can set item durations and use a different loop outside another room. Better Signage runs on compatible physical Apple TV hardware with the app open, connected to a landscape HDMI display.

What to put on your screen

First-visit loop

A sample reception loop could combine check-in directions, a labeled shoe and bag storage photo, the current class board, and a teacher introduction. This covers the arrival process before moving into studio news.

Class format introduction

Use the studio's description of the class structure beside its name and teacher. Pair it with the timetable rather than placing a long explanation inside each timetable row.

Teacher profile

Show an approved portrait, the teacher's name, and the classes they lead. Add a short factual introduction supplied by the teacher so visitors can recognize them at the studio.

Workshop invitation sequence

Follow the workshop invitation with a teacher introduction and a preparation card containing the studio's instructions. Keep the registration destination visible in the invitation.

Practice room preview

Use a named room photograph and directions from reception. For a studio with multiple rooms, publish the relevant class information to the TV outside each one.

Community gathering notice

Explain what the gathering involves, where it takes place, and how guests can participate. An approved photograph from a previous studio event can give context without making claims about results.

Set up your signage on Apple TV

Connect a compatible Apple TV to your landscape TV over HDMI. Install Better Signage, open the app, and enter its pairing code in your web dashboard. Give each screen a name that tells you where it is.

  1. Upload your finished JPEG or PNG slides and videos. Video conversion runs on our servers, and signage videos play silently.
  2. Arrange the files in a playlist and choose how long each item stays on screen. Build text and logos into your artwork, with room around the edges for the default crop-to-fill display.
  3. Select the Apple TVs you want to update and choose Play. The players download and check the media before starting the playlist. Send it again with Play whenever your content changes.

You need physical Apple TV hardware eligible to install Better Signage, running tvOS 26.5 or later. Internet is required for setup, downloads, and new publishes. Keep the app open on each player while it runs your signage.

Common questions about yoga studios

What should a yoga studio TV show?

Class information, arrival instructions, teacher introductions, workshops, and studio gatherings are useful prepared content. Choose the messages for the TV's location, with reception covering the broader program and room entrances concentrating on that space.

Can I use artwork from our existing studio materials?

Yes. Export finished artwork as JPEG or PNG images, or upload a video. Prepare it for a landscape display. Presentation documents and a booking website are not opened directly by the signage player.

Can a yoga booking calendar update the TV automatically?

No. Prepare the class board from your confirmed calendar information and upload it. Staff need to replace the file and choose Play when the timetable changes. Better Signage has no calendar feed or scheduled morning switch.

Does the studio video play music?

No. Better Signage mutes video playback. Use visible captions for a teacher introduction and keep class music in your existing audio setup.

What Apple TV can I use at the studio?

Use physical Apple TV hardware on tvOS 26.5 or later that can install Better Signage from its App Store listing. Connect it to a landscape HDMI display and provide internet for setup, downloads, and new publishes. Check installation eligibility before purchasing.
