What we use
This policy covers bettersignage.io, app.bettersignage.io, and local storage used by the Better Signage Apple TV app. The public site does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts.

Your controls
You can clear cookies or site data in your browser settings. Clearing the dashboard’s cookie signs you out. Blocking its required storage can prevent sign-in, guest-ticket access, or upload recovery. You can also choose Clear private access in the ticket portal to remove that browser’s support-access cookie. The emailed link itself remains valid until its expiry. If your guest ticket link expires, request a fresh private link using the ticket reference and email address. Clearing website session storage allows the introduction to run again.
On Apple TV, the operating system manages local app storage. Removing an app or resetting a device can remove playback files; it does not cancel your subscription or request deletion of your server account.
Better Signage does not present an advertising-cookie preference banner because the current site does not add advertising or third-party analytics trackers. If optional tracking is introduced, this disclosure and the applicable controls must change before it is enabled.
Payment-provider pages
If you open Stripe Checkout or the billing portal, Stripe operates those pages and may use its own cookies or similar technologies for payment processing and security. Read Stripe’s cookie policy for those pages.
