Plans and payment
Free includes unlimited screens and 50 MB at $0 per month. Standard paid plans increase storage and also include unlimited screens. Prices shown on the site are monthly US-dollar prices; review the final amount, applicable tax, and recurring billing details shown before confirming checkout.
Paid web subscriptions are handled through Stripe. Installing the Apple TV app does not itself purchase a paid web plan. A return from checkout is not a payment confirmation; the dashboard updates after billing confirmation.
Change or cancel a subscription
- Sign in and open Plans.
- For an existing subscription, choose Manage subscription to open the secure billing portal.
- Review the available change or cancellation action, its effective date, and any displayed charge or credit before confirming.
- Keep the provider’s confirmation. If the portal is unavailable or an action you need is missing, open a billing ticket.
Portal options depend on the billing configuration. Do not assume cancellation is complete until you receive confirmation. Canceling a subscription does not itself delete the account or its data.
30-day money-back guarantee
Better Signage offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 30 days of payment by opening a billing ticket or emailing [email protected].
Include your account email, payment date, and receipt or invoice reference if available. Do not send a full card number. Tell us if you also want to cancel the subscription; a refund request and cancellation are separate actions.
Support confirms the request and any processed refund in your ticket. We do not promise an exact bank processing time.
Storage after a downgrade or payment problem
If paid entitlement ends, the Free storage allowance applies. Existing media is not automatically deleted for exceeding that allowance, and screens remain unlimited on the standard plans. New uploads may be blocked until you reduce retained storage or have a sufficient allowance.
Prepared playback can continue while the player retains its local files. This does not remove the need for a working network for new media and publishes. Review the dashboard’s current billing and storage state if a payment fails.
