Open a ticket
Use Submit a ticket, choose the closest topic, and describe what happened. Your ticket gets a reference and a conversation you can return to from Your tickets. You can also submit without signing in; the private emailed link opens your guest ticket. Keep the reference when following up.
Better Signage is a solo project by Wes Walz. Support goes directly to the developer. No round-the-clock coverage or fixed response time is promised.
Include the right details
- What you expected and what actually happened, with the exact error message.
- Affected screen and playlist names, approximate time and time zone, and whether existing content is still playing.
- For uploads: filename, size, format, browser, and device. For player problems: app/tvOS versions from diagnostics if available.
- What you already tried, so support does not ask you to repeat it.
Do not include passwords, reset or verification links, pairing codes, payment card numbers, signed media URLs, or device credentials.
Follow the conversation
Use the ticket page to read replies and add information. Transactional emails link you back to the ticket; the saved ticket is the record even if an email is delayed or filtered. Guest access lasts up to seven days. If the link expires, use your ticket reference and email address to request a fresh private link. Keep those links private.
If you cannot sign in, contact [email protected]. For an active screen problem, keep the existing working content running while you gather details rather than resetting the player immediately.
