Build the running order

The playlist repeats from the beginning after its final item. Removing an item from a playlist does not itself delete that media file from your library.

1. Open Playlist. Add ready media from the library.
2. Use the up and down buttons to move each item. Remove an item from the playlist with its remove control.
3. Use Seconds on screen to set a whole number from 1 to 86,400 seconds. Images default to 10 seconds. A video with no override plays for its full duration.
4. Open Play and send your updated playlist to the selected Apple TVs.

Repeat a short video without a large file

For a six-second video that should occupy a minute, set its duration to 60 seconds. The player loops the clip during that slot, then moves to the next item. An override shorter than the original video ends that slot before the full clip has played.

Prepare the artwork you want displayed

The current dashboard prepares media automatically for playback. It does not expose a layout designer, website embed, live stream, separate logo-overlay editor, or screen-rotation control.

Build logos, text, or other composited elements into your image or video before uploading. Default crop-to-fill can remove edges of content that is not 16:9; keep essential text inside a landscape composition.

If another window changed the playlist

The dashboard reloads the newest version when it detects an editing conflict. Review the refreshed order and timing, then send again. Use one editing tab to avoid unintentionally replacing each other’s changes.
